Best eye cream?

Have £20 ish in ebay account and want to treat myself for a change....

Have tried numerous eye creams in the past, from Chanel to el cheapo brands, and tbh, nothing has made me go all wow-y except that Clarins Instant Smooth which is more a trompe l'oeil thingummy that hides the wrinkles for a while....

Anyone tried one that really does work? It's for the lines (am almost 44) rather than a lifty effect or bags.....

ROC retin ox is great stuff for wrinkles, there is an eye cream in the range, so that might be worth a try.

Oh, I just ordered the face cream from ebay as one of my treats, so I might give the eye one a pop as well!

I like Kiehls, can't remember what it's called but it's a little white pot with green writing.
