i don't like 3/4 leggings, only ankle ones. You can get good ones from New Look. H&M and Primark ones are shit.

bleh · 11/06/2009 15:33

No, and a million times again, no.

Remember when you look at pictures of clothes people wore in the 70s or 80s and you smirk? Jeggings are totally smirk-worthy. And it will probably be about 2 weeks until they go out of fashion

browntrout · 11/06/2009 20:14

like the wet look ones. The Topshop ones are terrifying - like some kind of bizarre fetish wear.

gigglewitch · 11/06/2009 20:16

what's jeggings?? you made it up, surely
ooh those wet look things look mingin! and well kinky

cocolepew · 11/06/2009 20:21

No to the wet look, but i like the others. I was behind a woman in the Spar wearing black denim type ones. The stopped at her ankles and she was wearing a long stripey vest and lack wedges. I was .

Definitelly fine, I am 32 Size 12 and just started wearing lovely black jeggings, in fact they make you look even slimmer.

anna555 · 19/06/2009 22:36

By the way you can get some interesting styles on www.itsocks.co.uk, that's where I got mine from

tigerdriver · 19/06/2009 22:37

I saw some in Next the other day - they go up to a size 20. Now I am a big girl, definitely, not quite a 20, but the thought of me in jeggings is very very scary indeed. If you're tall, skinny, not curvy at all, and young then fine. But if you're tall, skinny, not curvy at all, and young why wouldn't you wear something really nice and not these things?

Woooozle100 · 19/06/2009 22:43

nooooooooo

I've been wearing them this week. Unitentionally natch. They're primarni's skinny fit stretch jeans from few years ago.

God my arse and thighs are so much fatter now. They sit on my public bone (opting for my second hip I think!). And am spilling out of them all over.

Pass for jeggings with a long top or dress. Still look shit tho

drlove8 · 19/06/2009 22:50

Woooozle100 · 19/06/2009 23:02
