Need gorgeous gold flat shoes - any ideas?

Have got fab emerald green dress for a party in a couple of weeks and again for wedding at end of the month plus very very high gold shoes - I dont think I'll last the whole day/night in the high shoes, especially as I'll be running around after 2 toddlers at the wedding

I need some gold pretty flat (not too pricey £40 max) shoes to keep in my bag to change into if needed.
Am thinking either ballet pump style or flip flop maybe?

Any ideas?

accessorize have some gorgeous ones

littlelamb · 01/06/2009 09:56

ime you do need to be careful with accessorize sandals though and take a knife to the sole to give them some grip. I speak as someone who fell arse over tit down a flight of stairs in a pair a few years ago

this is the dress but in green

loves these shoes but they dont come in gold

£44.99 but look like they would last and last

I have seen some gold shoes like that. Am trying to remember where. Possibly Zara?? I remember lusting after them, but having no occasion for them

CurryMaid · 01/06/2009 10:00

These are bargainous, prob need to be tall to put them off though.

LaurieFairyCake · 01/06/2009 10:02

under budget and pretty

CurryMaid · 01/06/2009 10:06

Laurie I have tried those on and they give you clown feet, unfortunately. Something about the squareness of the toe.

Rindercella · 01/06/2009 10:12

If you're a size 6 these are a bargain. Otherwise, search that website for flat metallics & you'll find quite a few other pairs.

macherie · 01/06/2009 10:13

these?

fucksticks · 01/06/2009 10:17

I like the first Clarks ones - am popping into town tomorrow so will try them on!

Still working my way through all the other links! Am a size 7 so am gutted already about the size 6 bargain
