How do I tell what sort of waist jeans on the M&S website have?

As I want ones that come up to my waist, not float around showing my backside.

I get easily confused

aren't these £12 ones supposed to be fairly high waisted?

they don't even look good on the model!

I bought a brown pair & a blue pair from the shop - but I hoped to get a black pair on-line

The ones I bought fit perfectly - I just don't know what the style is called so I could buy on-line

Try sticking the code from the label on the ones you like in the search bit on the M&S site, it should find them and tell you what the style is on the description.

But I found my blue pair accidentally it is described as 'sits on the waist' so I looked at all the black jeans & have picked 2 pairs - I'll send back which ever I don't like

I got some recently from M&S, they were £19.50 and sit on the waist. They keep my mummy tummy in check so best 20 quid I've spent in a while.

I tried the £12 ones but they didn't seem particularly waist friendly, but then I am quite high waisted so that could be why.

OK I will try them too (that's 3 pair to order )
