I ordered some and they have arrived, but I am scared to try them on now!

bamboobutton · 25/06/2009 10:49

plie are also very good and they have proper bra straps to hold them up and poppers between the legs for loo breaks.

to stop my spanx rolling down i got some old bra straps and sewed them on.

i might add this tip to the crap tips thread

can anyone tell me if they are meant to be very easy to get on and comfy?? im wondering if i got the right size - i am usually 14/16 so I got large (14/16) but they are really easy to put on, and I was under the impression they would be hard to get into and uncomfortable for a few mins til I got used to them, but I couldnt even tell I had them on - do you think it would be worth me getting the next size down, 12/14 or am I kidding myself??!!

wolfnipplechips · 26/06/2009 20:27

I hate putting mine on and taking them off its horrible, i have to jump around the room, they're comfortable once they're on. I drop at least a dress size in the middle once they're on.

Well I just thought I would let you know - I got the smaller size, and they are amazing. They werent that hard to get on, and I have been wearing them round the house for 3 hours now and Im not uncomfortable at all - I have eaten my dinner as well and that was fine I dont feel like Im about to burst - and most importantly, they have done absolutel wonders for me - I have got an entire new wardrobe as I can now fit into lovely things that I have bought and now worn because my belly stuck out so much at the bottom. It has smoothed my spare tyre out - got rid of my love handles, pulled my thighs in, and pulled my bum up as well, fantastic!!

Oh and its not been rolling down either! These are the ones I have got they are in the sale at the moment!!

I loved my big pants for about a year after my DS were born - would rarely leave the house without them. I do however just save them for special oocassions now not that I have got any slimer just thrying to get the inspiration rather than rely on pants to make me a size 12 not 14 !

Metatron · 27/06/2009 21:48

which ones fuzzy? your link is not working...

fuzzypeach · 27/06/2009 21:54

they are slim cognito, mid thigh body suit. Im a bit worried that I am going to become addicted to them and not be able to leave the house without them on!

Metatron · 27/06/2009 22:08

how are they for hottish weather?

fuzzypeach · 28/06/2009 09:38

Ive only tried them last night round the house, but Im going to wear them today so i will report back - however I dont think they will be a problem as they didnt have the same feel as other pants I have tried where I have been sweating after 5 mins - plus they have a cotton "gusset" bit I think!

Metatron · 01/07/2009 11:16

at gussett!
