Hello, im in desperate need of some new clothes but not sure what suits me anymore. I would have said i was an hourglass shape but maybe im actually a pear shape???

Is there a website that tells you what your bosy shape is and what shape clothes to wear?

how tall and what clothes size do you wear. whats your best asset etc. we need to build up a picture of you

suwoo · 23/05/2009 12:47

voila! Sorry its the daily mail though.

leothelioness · 23/05/2009 12:48

I would have said that if you norks are about the same measurement as you bum then you are hourglass. If you bum as more than a couple of inches bigger than your norks you are probably pear shaped.
I am sure someone will come along with a website soon.

x-posts suwoo

Do you have narrow shoulders compared to your hips? Are you a smaller clothes size on top than your bottom half? Do you carry extra weight on your bum and thighs? If so you are a pear!

Still Trinny and Susannah, but through the littlewoods website - fill in the online form/answer the questions and it will instantly calculate your shape (no need to register or anything):

Once you know your horizontal BS which could be pear or hourglass, it's useful finding out your vertical body shape. Great website for this and she does online consulations if you wish is www.style-makeover-hq.com

suwoo · 23/05/2009 18:05

Thats the website I was looking for Bob, its great isn't it. I'm an hourglass (big tits and fat ass!)

BobtheWoodmouse · 23/05/2009 18:43

suwoo, at your hourglass, my shape (less) figure seems to have outwitted the programme

suwoo · 23/05/2009 19:30

to having outwitted Trinny & Susannah. I am not quite an hourglass at the moment though, as number 3 that I am carrying is slightly affecting my waistline

SandyChick · 23/05/2009 19:46

Thanks all.

Apparently im a 'SKITTLE'

I am a cello. I presume that is a nice way of describing an hourglass that has got fat.

jemart · 23/05/2009 21:04

seems I am either an hourglass or a vase.
I'll stick with hourglass for now, prefer to model myself on Nigella rather than Kelly Brooke.

janeite · 23/05/2009 21:11

I am an hourglass - tis a bloomin' pain, as am only 5'2" so my boobs and my waist are almost in the same place!

HarryB · 24/05/2009 09:43

I'm a vase.

Flame · 24/05/2009 11:14

I'm a vase. Very much kelly brook shaped.

Well, atm Kelly Brook had she swallowed a football, but still...

Colonelcupcake · 24/05/2009 11:52

Im a cello! thanks for that website

Marthasmama · 24/05/2009 12:15

I'm a lollipop but at the moment I am more of a full fat double chocolate Magnum but hey, not a bad foundation to get back to. Thank you Bob, you've cheered me right up!

used2bthin · 24/05/2009 13:27

I'm a cello according to Trinny and Susannah but I don't believe it as it mentions big boobs and shoulders and I told it I have narrow shoulders and small boobs! So I appear to have confused it.

janeite · 24/05/2009 14:10

What's the difference between an hour glass and a vase then?

used2bthin · 24/05/2009 14:15

I think a vase might be narrower on top than an hourglass, smaller shoulders?

used2bthin · 24/05/2009 14:16

Smaller shoulders than hips I mean.

frustratedmom · 24/05/2009 14:17

Ok just took test and now the last of my resolve to go cloths shopping has dissappeared. wish could find cloths to fit but funny shape and nothing fits properally

used2bthin · 24/05/2009 14:22

What shape did it say you were frustrated mum? It got mine completely wrong!

janeite · 24/05/2009 15:59

Thanks - I think I am propably an ex-hour glass who has become a vase post children then - does that sound possible?
