Chanel Blue Satin vs Miss Sporty Clubbing Colours in blue

tomorrow it's 2 weeks since I got the beautician to do my pedi with my £1.99 Superdrug-bought Miss Sporty blue polish.

Not a chip, not a smudge - my feet are still picture-perfect! (albeit large )

Incredible!!

So if you are contemplating the Chanel one ... I'm not saying it's no good, but I AM saying: don't bother wasting the money, Superdrug does the job.

That's good to know. I often wonder if the more expensive polishes would last longer. Not used the Super drug ones before. I use Rimmel generally but find them a bit variable in terms of staying power.

I have the Blue Satin - it needs 2 coats but it is a gorgeous dark inky shade. I can't complain about my toes - it does last for ages but on my hands, I only get about 2-3 days before the first tiny chips appear - all the more obvious with the dark shade. With touch-ups fingers last about 1-2 weeks. I will definitely try the Miss Sporty as an alternative next time. Also been eyeing up the Nails Inc and Opio range - any experience of these? I currently have Chanel's Vendetta on my toes - been there over 3 weeks and still perfect - it's a dark, dark almost black purply aubergine - very nice but again, it's a lot of £££, I'm sure it's not really worth it - particularly on toes where it tends to last anyway and generally people don't get that close! I least I got Boots points for it - softens the pain a tiny bit
