advise for getting rid of blemishes on skin please

hi - just have quite a few blemishes or scars on my face any advise?? is microdermabasion good?

I know people who swear by BioOil ... longer to get results though...

I had really awful spots last year and a friend who is a dermatologist told me to use ROC Retin-Ox, and my skin was transformed by it.

I recommended it to someone on here a few weeks ago, and it worked for her too!

It's usually used as an anti-aging treatment, but retinol is in a lot of prescription treatments for acne.
