Have a dress for a wedding - need inspiration on accessories etc

Have got this for a wedding I'm going to in July.

What should I get to wear with it as I feel I should be prepared for a cold July day?

And what colour shoes?

i love that dress its gorg!!!

I would go for black shoes and black accessories, or maybe red if u cud get the match, but u would get away with the black.

Am a bit undecided - I do have various brown shoes which I think would be OK.

Any thoughts on something to cover up my arms when it is freezing cold?
