Jeans Testing on Gok last night

Did anyone see this? I noticed that the jeans that get discussed frequently on here - M & S and New Look - performed well.
The winner didn't surprise me, Oasis Scarlet jeans are fab for curvy figures and make you look really slim in the dark denim.
And still on the subject of Gok, what a difference between stuck up Cilla last week and down to earth Lorraine Kelly this week.

I think I may buy some of those Oasis jeans.

Agree about Lorraine Kelly, she is so lovely.

I didn't see it. Did he have a recommendation for jeans for apple figures?

cluelessnchaos · 13/05/2009 09:46

what was best for pears?

It was his curvy testers that tried on all different kinds of jeans, I think it was more what's best for size 16+ rather than specific body shapes. I just looked at the channel 4 website and it's repeated on E4 this Friday at 9, worth a look.

My friend said that her mum looks great in oasis jeans and she is more pear shaped, if that helps anyone.

I have curvy jeans from Gap -fab when in the fitting room. Fast forward two hours and they are all baggy round the tum and hips. have sewn the waist in more (can hide under the belt) but it has left a tummy pouch! Not a good look unless under a long top!
