Anyone use an epilator - are they any good?

I get my legs waxed every 6-8 weeks but it's getting to the point where the hair is very thin and sparse so I was going to try an epilator - are they any good, if so which one would you recommend? TIA

Yes, I've been using an epilator on my legs for 20ish years. It really doesn't hurt at all now and I am probably 80% less hairy than I used to be. I've got an epilady, its about 5 years old, was their top of the range at the time and cost about £50, I think.

Be warned - they are very NOISY .

I've been looking at the Braun Silk epil - does it matter which model you get or are they all much of a muchness?

Well I've only had the one so can't advise on the others.

I liked the idea of rechargeable (so cordless) plus the idea of being able to use in the bath for the pain/cleanliness factor.

The headlight I think is GREAT to see what you are doing.

So my choice was narrowed for me.

and YYY they are SO noisy!

Get the one with the light on. It helps you see all the tiny hairs you'd otherwise miss.
