I loved mine, worn with a baggy t-shirt - but I was a size 8/10 in those days . I also used to wear jeans that I had to lie on the floor to zip up (and one memorable pair that, when I put them on after they had been in the wash, my dad used to have to zip up for me while I lay on the floor ).

Mine always rode up on the inner thigh, so there was a 'v' effect. Wonder if modern design has got round that problem?
