I recently had my hair coloured at a salon. I had a base colour with a few highlights through the front and sides. My hair has basically become frazzled - there are two largish sections of blonde hair which looks like it has been singed (sp?). I went back to the salon and they duly applied a smoothing treatment which seemed to work. However, 3 washes later I am back with the same frazzled ends again. Am really annoyed as have finally grown out the bob I have had for 5 years and don't want to have to resort to cutting short once more.
What should I do? Is it worth going back to the salon again? I have bought a conditioning treatment to use at home but tbh it isn't enough and I am now constantly wearing my hair up to hide the fecking mess they have made.
