Gel soles/thingies you put in shoes?? Help!

Got a pair of high heeled sandals but they are a tiny bit big- foot keeps slipping through so I am getting space at the back of the shoes- it's a high heeled black leather sandal.

Where do you buy those gel insoles to keep your feet comfy in high heels and might they pad out my thin feet a bit as well?

Yes as I have a few pairs I can't get on with those in! Boots sell them.

are they with the foot care stuff- did I imagine it or have I also seen them in M&S and Top Shop? Are they like see-through half inner soles?

Yes, with the blister plasters and the like. Think mine are the Scholl ones and they're similar to half insoles (possibly slightly smaller) and are see through spongy things with a weird texture your foots sort of sticks to.

I actually found some of these in Primark - they were 69p for 2 pairs!

Just as comfy as the Scholl ones too - I can't wear my gladiator sandals without them.
