WHY do all the tops and dresses in the shops require you to show the tops of your arms and your armpits?

Whhyyyyyyyyyyyyyy I hate the tops of my arms, get disgustingly sweaty in these ridiculous cap sleeved (? i think that's what they're called) tops - but I can't see anything else!! I end up wearing long sleeved tops under EVERYTHING - is it just me?

No it isn't just you. I am a size 12 and have terrible bingo wings. I think part of the problem is because dresses with sleeves can look a bit frumpy? I love dresses but am gradually (still a bit in denial) coming to the conclusion that they just don't suit me
Also, why has everything got such skinny bloody straps? I am a 32FF and my bras all have industrial width straps (even the pretty ones) and therefore look crap with any type of vest type top (which I shouldn't wear with my bingo wings but still...) and I have the same problem with dresses

Oh I feel better after that

I find shrugs and short cardigans cover up the bingo wings a treat!

And I have the same problem with bra straps (34G) but Bravissimo do strappy tops with an in-built bra, so you don't need to wear a sep bra. They look fantastic although are quite pricey.

I second the bravissimo strappy tops, they're fantastic and give even the large of nork a shelf to be proud of! (32F here)
They are pricey, but worth it IMHO. Or keep your eyes open for their online sales at the end of the summer...

Bingo win solution: 15 half press ups every day - just from hips up. End of bingo wings in less than 6 weeks. Good shoulders and tum an added bonus. Will not reduce fat.

Have you tried whitestuff?

I mean "wing". If only a win was so easy.
