What are your thoughts on pink jackets?

I'd been hankering after a mac on the jane norman website for ages - 3/4 length with a tie belt at the waist. The colour said fuschia but it looked red on the picture.

Anyway it was reduced in the sale so I'd thought I'd go for it. It arrived today and it is definitely pink - a hot pink colour. I really like the style of the jacket but it's not a colour I would normally wear that much of - dh thinks its fine but what does everyone else think - if you saw someone in a hot pink mac would you think eugh???

Hmm, well, I am not a pink fan myself.

Really though, do not take fashion advice from me - I am wearing mis-matched pjs and a stinky ggrey dressing gown atm!

Seriously, if I saw someone in a hot pink mac I'd probably think it looked good.

I saw an olive skinned woman with black tumbling curls wearing a fuchsia pink mac and she looked fabulous. If you have fair colouring it could wear you though, rather than you wear it, iyswim.

I have fair skin but very dark brown hair and eyes so bright colours do usually suit me.

Loads of pink jackets around at the moment, I like them.
