what colour cardi and shoes woudl go with this dress?

Pale blue cardi. Dark pink shoes.

I'd say either bright pink or green to tie in with either the flowers or the leaves. The pink would be easy to find too.

yes i think i will go for pink, as i'm trying to avoid buying more blue for dd as she mainly has blue and brown in her wardrobe.

White, pink or green.
