It's odd how some things will do that and then weeks later a similar item from the same designer/manufacturer will do virtually nothing.

What was it?

JeanPoole · 26/04/2009 21:08

this

Mini Boden does go for silly money sometimes.

JeanPoole · 26/04/2009 21:20

i really wanted that t shirt.

i bet it was a mumsnetter who brought it

Things that end at the weekend go for higher prices than things that end during the week. If you want a real bargain, bid during the week.

Jojay · 26/04/2009 21:22

I know. I want some stripy long sleeved romper suits for DS2 and all the nice ones are going for £10 +

Mothercare, Next etc are bonkers for not doing them - there's obviously a market for them

Galava · 26/04/2009 22:00

Jojay - what size are you looking for ? I've got a couplr of grey and white stripy suits from White Co if they are any good ?

Jojay · 26/04/2009 22:22

Ooooh - 6-9 or 9-12????

Galava · 27/04/2009 11:09

Shame ... the white co is 18-24 months.

I do have an Osh Kosh navy, white and pale blue summer day romper, but its short sleeves and legs. The label says 12 months.

Sorry to get your hopes up.

Jojay · 27/04/2009 14:28

I've already got a couple of summer ones - thanks anyway

Flibbertyjibbet · 27/04/2009 16:41

Yes but if YOU really wanted it then obviously lots of other people really wanted it too.
And they must have more money than you (or more money than sense)

Marthasmama · 27/04/2009 16:46

Joyjay - do you mean sleep suits or day rompers? If the latter this is lovely.

JeanPoole · 27/04/2009 21:22

fj, they def have more money than sense.

it was you, you bugger wasn't it!

OP posts:
Jojay · 29/04/2009 09:56

It's day rompers I want and I'd seen that one - it's lovely isn't it? I think there's a free delivery code around somewhere.I might just have to have a spurge.

Nice ones are so expensive though aren't they> That's one is reasonable but so often they're about £20 - for a sleepsuit without feet!!

frogs · 29/04/2009 10:00

MiniB goes for silly money, generally.

I currently have no watchers on this item though, rather to my surprise, so that might turn out to be a bargain for someone.

Lizzylou · 29/04/2009 10:02

How much are the T-shirts new from Boden?

Silly money for 2nd hand, £12???

randasmummy · 29/04/2009 10:10

Which one are you after? £12 sounds a bit much for a T!

frisbyrat · 29/04/2009 16:35

Jojay I got these, and they are decent quality and look nice on.

sweetnitanitro · 29/04/2009 16:51

I was bidding on a Ferrari romper suit for my dd once and it ended up going for £26. Another one was listed the next week and I won it for £4. I laughed my tits off. I'm sure another one will come up x

Jojay · 29/04/2009 17:55

frisbyrat They're nice aren't they.

Might have to have them too...
