Ok, I've been stressing about this for ages .. MN will know the answer.

4 1/2 hour flight, getting up at 3.30am (7am flight), will hopefully be warm when we get there, oh and am flyig with a 23 month old ds.

I want to look nice (no bumbag cap and trainers ), be comfortable on the plane - not too cold, and not look like a hot flushed bag of crap at the other end.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Oh am 27 and 10/12.

Not sure really but make sure you wear cotton rather than man made fibres

Steer clear of linen though!

We Geordies have got to look good at all times so I know where you are coming from.

I have just flown to Australia in this dress here which looks awful but is not that bad in real life! I got changed in Singapore into another printed dress. I wore wool tights. I was totally comfortable. I was going to take off the tights when I got here but I didn't as it was freezing in the airport and then we got into a taxi with air-con.

I was thinking wide leg cotton trousers and a fitted t, some nice bangles, wouldnt have thought of wearing a dress but its a good idea - will investigate today.
