I am going on holiday next month for the first time in years and for the first time since I got divorced last year. I am really really looking forward to it.

So, I went into M&S this lunchtime to try on one piece swimsuits and was totally .

I have terrible cellulite all over my legs and bum. I look ok and slimmish in clothes (size 10) but oh my word in a swimsuit ?!
I have got 4 weeks to do something about it so if anyone has any good tips big or small to help reduce it...

p.s can't go to gym as am full-time working single mum but if you can recommend fitness dvds that work that would be good too.

M&S mirrors are totally unforgiving and unflattering. The lighting is so awful they exaggerate every flaw. Your cellulite is probably not half as bad as it looked in those mirrors. Hope that makes you feel a bit more reassured.

If I were you, I'd opt for disguise. A good fake tan always makes legs look nicer, and it sounds like yours are slim, which is good. Also lots of exfoliating and moisturising to get your skin soft and supple..

pssst I've just started using this stuff (2days) and mine is noticeably less. Huzzah!

Also have you seen the Couch Potato to 5k thread in Sports? You only need 30-40mins 3x per week, some good trainers, an mp3 player and the podcasts. I go out when DH gets in from work.

Gosh sorry - had to get back to work.
iheart, that does make me feel a bit better as I was feeling really crap about it all afternoon!Even larger women look nice and smooth plump ifykwim not all dimpled like me. Couldn't even find a decent exercise dvd in shops - only naff sleb ones.
Will have a look JMS.
