Is this dress nice or like a brown sack?

I would wear it with silver sandals/flip-flops but I am not sure if I like it. It looks ok on but nothing special but may be useful for summer but would crease like anything as its 100% linen

No, don't - I don't like the style (too prim).

This dress is much nicer and will look lovely with silver (or gold) sandals and bag.

It's ok but I think unless you're 6 foot it would make you look dumpy and a wee bit matronly - sorry!
