Crocs of some description? Not the caymans if you want your shoes to look nice, but my crocs are so, so, so comfortable, I hate putting on my normal shoes now!

Think there is a croc ban where I work!

just answered another thead. in desperation i sought out trendy orthopedic shoes and could only find a brand called Dansko in the states. they were life changing. i have arthritis in my feet but can now walk around all day in these shoes even the heels. DS was delighted to find that they did boots this winter.

I find Josef Seibel shoes really comfortable.

I bought the black mules four years ago, and they still look good and I wear them loads.

brimfull · 23/04/2009 13:34

they are a 6 in triple e fitting so don't think they'd be much use these

I am going to ask if professional crocs are allowed

Ecco ecco ecco.....
I don't do shoes at all.....I hate the buggers, buy one pair of ecco twice a year at new season's outing.

higgle · 23/04/2009 14:15

If you like heels then any M&S shoes with "insolia" are very comfortable - I have some lace ups with 3" heels that I skip about in, and yet usually I'm an ecco sort of girl these days. Shoon, my faviourite (but quite expensive) shoe shop also have nice comfortable and rather eccentric shoes by brands like Think! that are worth looking at if you get bored of the usual makes.

moocowme · 23/04/2009 21:24

i tried ecco shoes but then got a pair of Dansko and never looked back, but they are for the seroius foot person at those prices. at least i can walk out a bit now.
