dh is taking me away for the weekend towards the end of May . He won't say where we're going, but he says it's going to be warm and I need smart clothes for the evening and casual things for sightseeing during the day.
The occasion clearly warrants some new clothes. I am fine for shoes - have some super-comfortable wedges for walking round during the day, and sandals for the evening, but clothes are trickier.
Ideally, I'd like a smart-ish pair of wide-legged trousers in a fairly light fabric (but not pure linen as they crease and I feel all rumpled) and a couple of tunic top type things, and a pretty dress for the evening.
I'm a size 14. I hate the tops of my arms, so sleeves are essential, and I have a far from toned midriff. I don't mind my legs, and my boobs are a fairly normal size.
Any thoughts? I am hopeless at shopping, I just drift around thinking "hmm, not sure".
