Job Interview help (again) Cardi for this shirt?

I was hunting for JI clothes today. I finally got black trousers after trying on 27 pairs and bought this shirt to go with them. I need a cardi of some sort but didn't have time to look today. I also need shoes although I saw a lovely pair in Next and I'm thinking black heels so not too much trouble to find (although I thought that about the trousers!)
Anyway, could anyone help with cardi and accesories please.

(I bought this too but very similar so both will go with the same stuff)

The interview is for an Admin Assistant in a Care Home and should be on Weds 29th. She called today to suggest the date, but said she will call back with a time.

these are the shoes I like. A mile wee bit over the budget I was aiming for but I love them.
Feel free to say they won't go though. I really know nothing about clothes.

I am going for interview tomorrow for also for an Admin Assistant and am thinking of either a navy dress or a navy stripy skirt and a gold silk top. Not sure what to wear to be honest, any advice?

Oh I saw a lovely dress in New Look. They didn't have it in my size and as I'd spent 4 hours looking for trousers I thought it a tad unfair to DD (7, roamed in every shop, shouting out, "Black and a size 8", to help) to start looking for dresses!
