Urgently need to find some summer basics for DD (11) online

She has no clothes and it will be weeks before I can get anywhere with shops. Usually favour H&M and Zara. She just needs shorts, crops and tshirts really. I've just had a look at M&S and it is hopeless - all designed for 7 year olds and just sized up for older girls. She likes Animal but I am on a budget. Any ideas anyone? I will be forever grateful.

so, ladyGP, have you found anything for miss-choosy-LGP yet?

No, but I have a plan. She has an inset day on Friday and the other two will be at school. We are going to take the train to the nearest big town (an hour and 15 minutes away), get three hours shopping in and get the train back just in time to pick the younger ones up from school.
They have Miss Selfridge, Debenhams, H&M, Zara and Gap and a big Next so we should find something.
She says she just wants plain shorts and tshirts, no dresses, skirts, cropped trousers or fancy stuff.
Should be straightforward then.

Well the shop is done. DD is now the proud possessor of a pair of black denim shorts, two tops (one purple and black, one red and white) and a black and white dress. And a red and white tankini. And a pair of plain leather sandals.
We spent three solid hours rejecting anything which didn't conform to the black/red/purple palette!
But at least she has some summer clothes now! And on the plus side, she doesn't have expensive tastes, twas all done in H&M, New Look and Next.
