Oh the dress is gorgeous.

I love the back. It looks a bit "safe" from the front but the low back flesh flash stops it from being just another tunic dress.

I suppose it just comes down to personal choice and what you can afford.

Why do some people shop at Waitrose when you can buy the same apples, pasta, milk etc at Netto? A Ford car will get you from A to B so why buy a Bentley?

A shoe doesn't need a red sole for me to wear it. I'm happy with my designer similars from Aldo and Zara. However, if money was no object then I'd happily shop in Jimmy Choo/Manolo Blahnik et al.

I agree, but I didn't look at the higher priced stuff, I got it to sort from lowest price to highest as don't want to see £6k dresses

No denying that OPs choices are lovely though and not too bad a price at all.

Sometimes its nice having a "designer" item knowing you have the genuine item and not a copy .

BUT as adoh days, personal choice and depends on what you can afford.

Sometimes I love buying a designer bag (Prada or LV etc) and other times I love finding a bargin at primark etc.

I bloody love that site! I got a Vera Wang bracelet reduced from nearly £500 to £90 as a b-day present to myself . They do have the odd fabulous bargain.

As for shopping on Net-a-Porter itself - I bloody wish!

I'm finding it quite easy to resist spending £2000 on a dress. Maybe it is just my immense willpower . Lovely stuff but 'fraid I equate it to new carpets, fencing etc!

reality - shoes from barratts just aren't the same though - they're not the same quality . . . however i don't really do expensive shoes as they all get scruffy so quickly - handbags are a different matter though . . .
