fake tan for someone with very, very pale skin??

Im determined not to spend another summer sitting on a foreign beach looking either like a boiled lobster or milk-bottle white . I have tried so many fake tans, but always end up with streaky orange stripes. Want to look sun-kissed, not George Hamilton. Any suggestions?

Have you tried he-shi? I have pale skin, and the colour's great, not too orangey.

Or, l'oreal do an airbrush spray one - you don't have to rub it in, so you can't streak.

What's he-shi? I've never seen that one...where can you buy it?

He-shi does sound like a product for transvestites doesn't it?

I buy it from my local beautican, though you can buy online or ebay.

You buy a mit with it, so it makes application really easy.

I love Johnson's Holiday Skin. I'm pale, ginger-ish and freckly, so most fake tans look very fake on me, but the Johnson's one for fair skin, used every couple of days after a shower, gives me just a natural slight tan. It's not a deep tan but I look healthier and it takes the blue tinge off my legs

Oh, a tip my friend gave me for using holiday skin - it takes forever to dry in, so blast yourself with the hairdryer for a few mins, that way you won't get lines when you put your clothes on.

I'll second Johnson's holiday skin. Just got a bottle this week actually.
