oh PLEASE help me with my frizz-bomb hair

My hair is a giant frizz bomb. How can I make it sleek and nice?

Redken Smooth Down shampoo & conditioner. Made my frizz bomb hair "swishy" and lovely, especially the first time I used it.

Actually I got nothing done that day as I spent most of it in front of the mirror, preening. And I got a stiff neck from all the flicking...
