bargainhuntingbetty · 19/04/2009 20:35

this one

this one

this one?

my personal favourite

bargainhuntingbetty · 19/04/2009 20:37

Love the red one ronaldiniho Think that would work.

fishie · 19/04/2009 20:38

swoon but £7 over budget so we must rule it out.

Jewelsandgems · 19/04/2009 20:39

I have indeed swooned over that one fishie but do you think it is glamorous enough?

OP posts:
Jewelsandgems · 19/04/2009 20:41

betty there are lots of nice ones there, never even heard of that shop!

OP posts:
bargainhuntingbetty · 19/04/2009 20:41

like this one

I am having fun searching for you as I would NEVER EVER wear a dress so I am enjoying doing it for you.

Ronaldinhio · 19/04/2009 20:41

too serious oerhaps and too expensive but I like it anyway, so there

Agree with the swimming cap dress fishie

Jewelsandgems · 19/04/2009 20:43

ronald love that one (not right for event, but agree it is only of these dresses you would wear again and again)

Ronaldinhio · 19/04/2009 20:44

I love this and if you get it in the 10 we could share

slightly drag and fab

fishie · 19/04/2009 20:45

i don't really think you need to worry about glamour with your figure. also you have sleek hair.

whenever i see something in mag and think ooh how nice it is always alberta ferretti.

Jewelsandgems · 19/04/2009 20:45

Very fab, and dragish (flamboyant is the word that comes to mind)

OP posts:
Heathcliffscathy · 19/04/2009 20:46

the marchesa and the feretti win hands down imo.

i adore the feretti...

Jewelsandgems · 19/04/2009 20:48

ok I love the feretti. But, will there be too much cleavage going on? And I am guessing the bra will be right out of the window....

OP posts:
fishie · 19/04/2009 20:53

i don't think it would be too much on the cleavage, it comes up quite high on mannequin who is 4" taller than you. oh do what shoes?

Ronaldinhio · 19/04/2009 20:55

rocking that Krystal Carrington feel

bargainhuntingbetty · 19/04/2009 20:56

Can you re do the link to the one you like, therre have been so many I cant remember which one that was??????

Jewelsandgems · 19/04/2009 20:56

That is true fishie but I have silly short upper body (to allow for silly long legs)

But yes, what shoes?!!! I have some champagne silk karen millen sandals (with silvr heels) yey or nay? and maybe a cuff? or lovely fashioable pendant??

OP posts:
Ronaldinhio · 19/04/2009 21:01

i like this

Jewelsandgems · 19/04/2009 21:04

I have seen that one too ronald (we do share the shame taste) but my only worry was it is too high necked? Agree though that if showing leg, then no cleavage. What jewellry??

OP posts:
fishie · 19/04/2009 21:13

i think the skirt is too sticky out on that morena job.

still also like all saints no 1 but not as much as feretti.

Jewelsandgems · 19/04/2009 21:37

You see the thing is girls, there is a split here. I am 31. Do I go for all saints younger funkier dress, or go for feretti's elegent gorgeousness. It is hard to know what I will be in the mood for....

Last year I wore karen millen 50s prom dress

Year before it was ted baker silk dress....

cast your votes!

OP posts:
Heathcliffscathy · 19/04/2009 21:38

i just didn't like the all saints dresses....there isn't anything fuddyduddy about feretti

Jewelsandgems · 19/04/2009 21:41

No there certainly isn't! It is just a different look.
