QUESTION ABOUT RIGBY & PELLER, LONDON.

Quick question- is it ok to go and browse in R&P or is it very much a case of going to be measured and buying?

I'd love to browse, but being a tiny 34B I would need to be really tempted to spend £50+ on a teeny bra- though by all accounts they like to go for small back/big cups, so if the say I am 32D I'll part with £££S, lol!

I think it's fine to go and browse, I have done this before.

Even if you get 'measured' (not that they actually get a tape out), you're not under pressure to buy.

It is really expensive in there - hard to justify if you haven't got big norks imo.

My dh gave me a £100 voucher and it bought me a bra and a pair of teeny knickers!

(btw I went in a teeny 36A and came out a voluptuous 32C!)

i've browsed and it was fine. i also went in during sales times and got some bargains. i also went in as 34b and came out 32d, which was a revelation, definitely a better fit. happy shopping!

I suppose there is always the chance I'd come out as a 38AA[smile.

Have looked att heir website and they have some nice stuff- but not usre if it justifies the cost- at the moment my £12 M&S uplifting bra is givingm a great cleavage, lol.

I got my wedding day basque in ther (£85) and matching kinckers (£12). This was in 1999.

Okay service in that a size was ordered, I went to get it, didn't fit but they had my size in stock luckily.

Tiny shop though with a security guard in uniform and cap on the door.

When you go in, say you would like some time to brouse as you are not sure if you can buy today.

BTW There is a R&P in Bluewater.

When they measure you without a tape measure, does this mean you have to whip off your bra so they can have a look?

Yep. Bra off

Well thats at the bluewater store anyway.

I kind of got the giggles as I wondered if they asked the Queen to take hers off too !
