Needs to have underwiring (poss also light padding but not conical boobs) and high leg, not at all skimpy bikini bottoms. In my mind it's also navy with white spots but this may be a bit too much to ask for
have already rejected boden, m and s, white company and next bikinis in my online search.

and if there's a matching kaftan/cover-up thing I will love the finder forever

It doesn't say it's underwired in the product description but it looks like it is. See what you think here. Here are the bottoms.

This one isn't underwired but does have removable padding.

No padding and it's grey but it is spotty and underwired. Freya bikini.

No spots but it's blue, it's underwired and the bottoms definitely aren't skimpy. IQ Company bikini.

Light padding, underwired and spotty. It comes in red or black but not blue unfortunately. Oli halterneck bikini.

The australian company seafolly do the worlds best bikinis. They have a small range on figleaves but google them and you should get more choice.

I had the most beautiful one that somebody stole, i've replaced it but i went for a cheaper one 2nd time around and it wasn't as good.

From your description it sounds like some of the suits at Toast might be just the thing?

If you click on the polka dot bikini top and shorts (scroll down) you can see the alternate colours, black or green with white polka dots

I was just about to post the toast link, but zozokat beat me to it!
