My feet - Oh the shame!

Does anyone know if I need to buy the 'special' socks for overnight moisturising or I can I use an old pair of my own?

Thanks

well if it were me, I'd use an old pair of my own!

I used to have 'earthquake' heels until I decided to fix them. I got a heel scrubber and would rub the heels during my shower and then apply lashings of moisturiser (used dd's eczema cream but vaseline should do) and stuck my feet in old pair of socks. After 2 nights you would not recognise my feet!

i use my own

trainer liners most comfy imo but 100% cotton

then slather feet - vaseline is great - and on go the socks

next morning - the bliss

i call it 'cream and sheathe'

Thank you, lets hope they can be helped, at the moment I'm not so sure!

Scholl heel repair ia amazing. Massage it into your feet before bed. Its great as a hand moisturiser too!

Its fab

have tried both...any old sock will do. cotton good if you get a bit sweaty but man made better for not soaking up the cream.

flexitol for three nights is smelly but turns hooves into twirly girl feet ]
