Advice needed please for frazzled burnt hair after visiting hairdressers today!

Hi

Had my hair highlighted finally today by a really nice girl - thought it was ok when I left the salon.....

BUT when I got home and felt it properly and inspected the colour more throughly I've found lots of it has burnt off! And underneath the bleach/dye has bled so there are horrible stripes and dots of blonde

If I put it up it looks awful as you can see all the harsh stripes and mistakes and I'm dreading it when it grows out.

So my question is what to ask for...Will go back tomorrow. Shall I just ask for my money back is it likely they'll do that?

Have a wedding to go to at the weekend I'm
so disappointed and don't really know how to handle it as I hate complaining and like I said she was a really nice girl!

Go back and either ask for them to correct it or ask for a refund. I hate complaining too but whenever I have been dissatisfied with the colour I have always had it corrected by the salon.

Def go back and get them to sort it. ASk for the senior stylist/ manager to do it. If you are not confident they can sort it get your money back and go else where.
