what to wear with cream dress

I'm going out at the weekend, meal and cocktails, and i'm wearing a cream dress with black sash round waist and black halterneck.

What should i wear on my legs and feet? Have black shoes and cream shoes, but not sure what colour tights to wear with either. Not an option to go bare legged!

Thank you! Been looking at pics in mags to see what is 'in'and it is very much the bare legged look, but even fake tan won't cover the bruises and mottled effect of my very scottish legs! Nude tights it is.
