Honest Opinions wanted on dress bought this weekend please

Money is tight and I also am stuck with large calves so dresses need to be cheap and either shortish (ie just above knee so calves look smaller) or maxi length. I found this one and it looked nice on but now I am wondering if I would really wear it and what I could wear it with. I actually bought the black one but the picture of the white one show it better than the black picture where you can't see the waist detail properly.

If you like it could you give me a clue what to wear it with and if you don't could you give me some suggstions what else would suit my big calved legs please (that doesn't cost more than this one - tall order I know!)

Chunky wedge sandals [not brown] hoop earrings and big beads. It's nice.

Nice dress. You need heels for big calves. Amazon have some killer silver carvella heels in their sale for about £18. I have a pair, they're fab. I think they're called 'dangerous.' They'd be nice with black.

Oh thank goodness - I was really worried I would get the "god thats hideous" comments. As you can probably see I don't wear dresses very often and am not that confident in my ability to choose a good one.

I already have some chunky wedge sandals moondog so just need the beads now! Thanks . From what I remember about your previous threads you live in Wales don't you? Don't suppose you know if Tudweilliog is nice do you because we are going there in August for a week? Its in the Llyn peninsula. (Sorry - Wales is a big place - you probably live in south Wales or something don't you - if so ignore me!)

Cornsilk - thats why I have big calves lol. I have shortened calf muscles from wearing heels too much when I was younger. Are these the heels? They are gorgeous!

Yes that's them! I have a pair and haven't worn them yet, my toes need some TLC. They are fab on - really high!

how high are they? I'm not very good in anything more than 4/5 inches.

Not sure - about that 4/5. I can't walk in heels generally but these are lush.
