Fringe- yay or nay??

I am debating how to get my haircut and I fancy going for something completely different. I have spent the last three years outgrowing an ill advised skinhead and now it is at a decent length I am wondering what I should ask the hairdresser for. I haven't had a fringe since primary school. Will it look ridiculous? I am 25 and fatter than I should be. So, fringe- yay or nay?

hard to say without seeing you but if your face is rounder than you'd like, a side-swept, longish fringe is probably your best bet!!

Ah but hoochie my worry with a fringe is that I would look a total knobber and not be able to do anything about it. Ah, decisions, decisions...
