Love the Obi dress. Youe shirt dress could be dressed up. Maybe a black patent leather belt, patent leather shoes, black tights etc??

Im loving this!!!!!

BeauticianNotMagician · 05/04/2009 21:47

It is not terribly formal no.

Thank you all.I think i may go for the shirt dress if others think that is ok as i do feel more body confident in it as it shows off my best bits calves, norks and small waist.

Ok now any ideas how i can dress it up.

like this outfit too

Dont put yourself down. Buy tourself an outfit that you feel really comfortable and really good in. Im joining weight watchers on Tuesday as i need to get control over my weight. I have 1 1/2 stone of 'baby weight' to lose (my ds is almost 2 so cant really keep blaming my weight on him lol!)

Im going to a wedding in 8 weeks and would really like to lose a stone but would be happy with half a stone.

Next have some lovely dresses too

I really like the shirt dress! If you feel confident in it then you should wear that, maybe with some georgous shoes and a really nice stand out necklace to draw attention to your legs and neckline/chest.

Thank you SandyChick. My ds2 is 3 next month.I still want to lose about two stone although im not too sure as it has been so long since i was slim i have no idea what a comfortable weight will be these days especially as my body has changed so much.

Definately wear the shirt dress. Its a lovely dress plus you feel good in it.

Hope you have a good night

SandyChick · 05/04/2009 22:09

You could try something like this with your shirt dress which would make it a bit like the Obi dress in warehouse

BeauticianNotMagician · 05/04/2009 22:19

Love the leopard print think that would really liven up the outfit.

Think the leopard print bag and shoes with the cumberbund style belt that sandychick suggested would look brill with the shirt dress

chocolepew · 06/04/2009 08:48

Definately the shirt dress . Do your hair good, do your nails and accessorise, you'll feel more confident in a dress you're used to and like. Have fun!
