I should resort to Crocs. Oh, dear, I do resort to Crocs.

HolyGuacamole · 05/04/2009 00:16

hmmmm.....not really my cup of tea I gotta say. They are kind of like old lady slippers with Sketchers soles and a sandal strap...weird.

Whatever floats your boat though.

skramble · 05/04/2009 00:18

Can't you just wear normal shoes? .

Well, it's a case of making the best of the situation isn't it (?) and I agree they improve upon the croc. They are quite pretty but robust also.

They could be a bit Laura Ashley gone wrong I suppose but what the hell are the other options???

I must say I find wedge heels a dream with a buggy to lean on. I tried to walk - nearly 7 months pregnant - with wedges today and I looked like an injured Easter Bunny.

Like this then, Hobb . Poor little bunny.

Yes, and this

I was trying to feel all unmatronly as was out for a rare lunch, leisurely style, (y'know?) along with half nekkid young people about getting sunburnt tanned. I was trying to blend in and look cool. White (maternity) jeans, black oversize sunnies... subtly metallic wedge heels, J20 in hand and this great balloon up my top which threatened to have me trip on the frikking grass.
