For a NEXT/Debenhams girl, looking for more of the same but feel a lot of NEXT stuff this year is a tad bohemian for me.
What's the quality like? Are the sizes neat or generous?

All opinions, good or bad, gratefully received.

quite easy, you can do it online, though i suppose it depends on the courier.

check the sale stuff online too there's usually quite alot discounted, quality varies too

Customer service is shite and their courier service was appalling in my area. You order loads of stuff, wait for it to be delivered then when it doesn't arrive and you phone them they mutter that it's out of stock. Funnily enough what they have on the website/in the catalogue and what they have in stock often varies wildly

Sizing very strange, most things came up very small.

I've found that the quality is pretty good for the price most of the time, however I always make good use of the discount codes.The children's clothes have lasted well on my ds.
Sizing can be a bit of a problem I agree, I would tend to size up rather than down, but then I'd do that with any mail order.
I think the delivery does very much depend on your local courier. When I did have to return something once, it was fairly easy I just contacted the courier.
