for topshop

I quite like the camisole tops and am undecided on the cardigan with stripey bits on it.

If i was 15 years younger would get the black vintage rose dress . . .

I like the floral tea dresses and also the blue frilly strapless dress.

giantkatestacks · 02/04/2009 11:14

I have bought the long black and white maxi dress for the summer...

MrsMattie · 02/04/2009 11:15

Completely underwhelmed. Not a single thing I would buy.

giantkatestacks · 02/04/2009 11:17

MrsMattie is right ( apart from that one dress obv ) it wasnt all that and the vests and the like were hideously overpriced compared to last year. And they all had weird backs that wouldnt work at all on me...

mynameis · 02/04/2009 11:17

Like a few pieces but I'm a bit at some of the prices tbh

traceybath · 02/04/2009 11:27

It does seem very expensive and also very samey - not sure about the fringing stuff at all.

There are some quite nice things, but too pricey, tbh

Love this

This is gorgeous, pricey, hardly a school run dress and already sold out!

Nothing for me though, tbh

MakeHayNotWar · 02/04/2009 12:19

I like the 'Angel dress' and the 'jacquard cardigan'

orangina · 02/04/2009 12:33

Am pretttttttty sure that there's not much out there for anyone larger than a size 8-10, or out of their mid 20s....

(Do correct me if I'm wrong )

BedofRosesItAintII · 02/04/2009 14:08

Didn't ring my bell, really.

Flamesparrow · 02/04/2009 14:10

over priced and most crap for large norks

Peeingmyselflaughingbunnybunny · 02/04/2009 14:14

Ooooh, snakeskin hotpants !

TotalChaos · 02/04/2009 14:15

I quite like the dresses and camis, in particular the liberty nouveau print top and dress and the art deco dress. but as orangina says, it's not really designed for anyone carrying excess weight. I wasnt very keen on the vests, v. odd

Bellebelle · 02/04/2009 22:58

I bought the wrap dress at lunchtime (only went in to return something...). Haven't bought anything from Kate moss range before as always thought it was overpriced and strictly for skinny girls in their 20s but this is a really lovely flattering dress (currently generous wobbly size 12 with huge breastfeeding norks)

Wasn't particularly taken with any of the other clothes on display. Very excited about the Matthew Williamson range for H&M later this month though!

bleh · 03/04/2009 08:38

It is overpriced, particularly taking into account the material they're using; lots of dresses are polyester. I'm not going to fork out £90 for a polyester dress. But then, they know it will sell.

There are definitely some Kate only things (metallic leather trousers?!) though I do like some of the stuff. I would be more inclined to buy it if it was better value for money.

So now will Phillip Green please appoint me as the newest overpaid Top Shop advisor? Thank you,

Sorrento · 03/04/2009 09:35

Somebody needs to sit Kate down and tell her she's getting a bit old for all that now.
I'm the same age as her and no way would I wear any of it, she needs to move on to Wallis now
