Gap have these on sale at the moment. Can someone please tell me, are these OK for a 7 year old or will he look like an apprentice thug?

my 9 year old has got a lovely thick red one from Gap and he definitely doesn't look like an apprentice thug! my 12 year old won't wear them cos he hates logos ..

DS1 gave up wearing gap at age 12 because everyone at school told him it meant Gay And Proud to have GAP on your front.

Ronaldinhio · 01/04/2009 15:46

I too, unfortunately, have heard the Gay and Proud thing

HappyHome · 01/04/2009 17:10

Thats also the reason my DS will not wear one!

MayorNaze · 01/04/2009 17:14

gosh i had never heard of the gay and proud thing

though ds is nearly 10 and still wears my pink scissor sisters tshirt on occasion.

all 3 of mine have gap hoodies, in fact, dd2s used to be dd1s and you would never know
