what do you reckon is the best, not too expensive foundation, suitable for oily skin - decent coverage but not hefty iyswim - I thank you

I've converted to i.d. bareMinerals.

it's about £25 for the full kit including brush but last for ages and it is the best I've ever tried.

MargaretMountford · 30/03/2009 13:21

is that powder ?

It's powder, but not really powder.

iyswim.

I use Max Factor Age Renew - the one that's supposed to make you look 5 years younger.

It does give good coverage and I like it because it doesn't settle in my pores and leave white dots.

good - thanks,will look at those..any other suggestions ?

It is expensive but worth it for me, Chanel Vitalumiere, light good coverage and you dont feel it on at all.

I LOVE Laura Mercier tinted moisturiser. It's light and gives a kind of dewy glow that looks really healthy. I've had several people compliment me on it and then become converts. There is an oil free version.

am adding all to my list

the best ever, I promise, is from screen face www.screenface.com - Minimal makeup. Is amazing. You can order online, or have shops in london...

Giorgio Armani Luminous Foundation. It is just amazing, like perfect skin in a bottle.
