yes BitOfFun, exactly!! am pregnant so need a heel that I won't topple in to wear with maternity flared jeans and summery maxis.

Marla - I love those yellow ones!! didn't see them before. Yellow never occurred to me, but I could def be persuaded, esp when half the price!! Only problem - what colour nail varnish?????

I think £75 for something that is plastic is definately not a good buy (and they do look cheap)

Ronaldinhio · 21/03/2009 20:34

ltec they are fugly but marla's are better

so nay to you and yayy to her

lou33 · 21/03/2009 20:35

ltec....NO

lou33 · 21/03/2009 20:36

ooh you are pg, congratualtions!

LetThemEatCake · 21/03/2009 20:41

jesus they are plastic!!! did not even realise. Thank you oh wise ladies - will go for the yellow ones then, especially as reduced from £70, woo hoo!!!

Have been looking for a red wedge for so long that I am getting befuddled and swayed - like "that is so bad, but is it so bad that it is good??" kind if way. Plus, no doubt, preggo hormones wreaking havoc with taste.

So sod the red. Will get the pink faith ones and the yellow berties. Done deal. Summer sorted.

Ta lou33!! yes, dc numero 3 on its way to me in September, very excited!! Yes, will bin bag my clothes up and send 'em your way.

Um, no one has advised re: nail varnish with the yellows. Am olive skinned so .... what? please.

Also prefer the lighter cork wedges.

Lots more red wedges here.

BitOfFun · 21/03/2009 20:42

Are they plastic then? I assumed leather at that price. If they are plastic they will be like sweaty blistery implements of torture through the summer...I revise my opinion- keep looking!

LetThemEatCake · 21/03/2009 20:45

oh oh oh amanda oh.... did you have to????

sobs.

lou33 · 21/03/2009 20:45

purple?

LetThemEatCake · 21/03/2009 20:47

purple? really?

OP posts:
lou33 · 21/03/2009 20:48

depends if you want clashing or complementing

BitOfFun · 21/03/2009 20:49

I thought dark purple too, lou!

Louboutins?! Only St Kirsty of the Blessed Relocation is allowed to wear them while pregnant, you know...

lou33 · 21/03/2009 20:51

i like the idea of purple myself

LetThemEatCake · 21/03/2009 22:04

I have a pair of Louboutins and f*cked if I won't be wearing them while pregnant. What, I am supposed to let ££(insert stupid amount of money here) languish in the closet for 9 months?? Methinks no. Although I agree perhaps best suited as a dinner shoe, not as a party shoe - hence less standing/walking (read: falling) involved.

Who is St Kirsty???? Do you mean Allsop thingy??

OP posts:
BitOfFun · 21/03/2009 22:09

Yes, the Allsop woman...you should join us on Property Twats Night on Wednesdays to lend sartorial critiques ...having said that, I think we will be ripping the piss out of candidates on The Apprentice next week instead! But there will be shoes galore, I should imagine...

LetThemEatCake · 21/03/2009 22:28

where? where? where can I find this Property Twats Night?? exactly my cup of tea....!!!

OP posts:
BitOfFun · 21/03/2009 22:46

it's in tellyaddicts, under fun stuff...as I say though, we may be defecting to The Apprentice

Amandoh · 21/03/2009 23:25

Those yellow shoes are calling out for this bag.

LetThemEatCake · 22/03/2009 09:31

oh yah, well, how fortunate that I already have it then, yah??

OP posts:
lou33 · 22/03/2009 12:28

ltec, just letting you know i am clearing out my cupboard to make extra space, so whenever you are ready ok?

LetThemEatCake · 22/03/2009 14:21

brilliant, it's about time you got rid of those size 6 acid-wash jeans!!!

OP posts:
lou33 · 22/03/2009 15:48

i thought they would come back in vogue!
