this ,never bought anything from M&S as i always thought it was for the older laddies but i kind of like this dress.

I have no fashion sense so please tell me what you think?

Biglips · 17/03/2009 19:21

its nice but not keen on the bottom bit.

sazzerbear · 17/03/2009 19:22

Mmn agree with Biglips

Drusilla · 17/03/2009 19:24

I prefer the abstract butterfly one

Biglips · 17/03/2009 19:25

yeah thats nice what Drusilla prefered.

Marne · 17/03/2009 19:27

true, its the top bit i like . Dh says it looks like an old woman's dress .

sazzerbear · 17/03/2009 19:27

yes, much nicer in a boho mummy kinda way!

AnyFucker · 17/03/2009 19:28

it is awful and the colours are also all wrong

in fact, it is very M+S (and that is a baaaad thing)

Marne · 17/03/2009 19:28

I like the butterfly one but sadly i think my breasts would not fill it

OP posts:
MrsMcCluskey · 17/03/2009 19:29

I dont like it.
Not really in fashion anymore.

TheRealMrsJohnSimm · 17/03/2009 23:22

I'm looking at the dress and I'm thinking New Seekers/Mama Cass

Not a good look. Sorry.

Ronaldinhio · 17/03/2009 23:25

long tablecloth

thumbwitch · 17/03/2009 23:27

i prefer the abstract butterfly dress.

gigglewitch · 17/03/2009 23:48

erm, sorry in advance, but granny's tablecloth springs to my mind too

RockinSockBunnies · 17/03/2009 23:53

No - don't listen to them! I love it! It looks very good for summer!

gigglewitch · 18/03/2009 00:15

(just as long as you don't lie down in the park and someone wants to put their picnic on you )

thumbwitch · 18/03/2009 00:22

I had a skirt a bit like that but with more yellow in it back in the late 70s - I was scorned by my friends for wearing it even then

mileniwmffalcon · 18/03/2009 10:30

lol gigglewitch i had exactly the same thought re picnics

cardy · 18/03/2009 10:32

Don't like the check, much prefer the butterfly one.

Timbuktu · 18/03/2009 11:42

I recently bought the butterfly one for going on holiday. It is lovely, but quite thin cotton so only useful as a coverup on the beach/pool.
