Anyone with rosacea can recommend moisturiser

My rosacea is flaring up again and have got appt at dr next week.
Am after recommendations for moisturisers which have WORKED.
Last one I tried was Avene a French brand but it didn't work and I spent about £50 on it.
Needs to have a SPF15 or higher.

I have rosacea and tbh don't need a lot of moisturizer, but clinique superdefense doesn't make it flare up and has an SPF of 25. On a budget, neutrogena's "extra gentle" range are supposed to be more or less the same stuff and Eucerin is also supposed to be good.
