does anybody know how to use your free delivery code when ordering online? i can't see anywhere to enter the code when i log in my details.

When you enter your customer number and date of birth there is a voucher code box there I think - that's how I got my free delivery last week.

I had trouble finding this the other night. It's normally where you log in but it doesn't appear atm. I ended up phoning my order through.

The promotional code box was missing from my account too. I contacted NEXT explaining I had been unable to use my code and the credited it to my account manually. They also told me that the problem of the missing code box would be rectified if I deleted my cookies. HTH
