I saw them filming yesterday

Was in a shopping center yesterday and there were several people with clip boards asking shoppers how old they thoughta lady in the center of the crowd looked? These people were walking around with cameras but not turned on whilst we were there (trying to get through as they were blocking the way!) what is this? Is it on normal tv or a sky type channel?

I think they do that on 10 years younger? I think its on normal telly.

That'll be 10 Years Younger for Channel 4.

The basic idea is that they take two women who don't really look after themselves and do a poll of their ages. They then get lots of style and beauty advice (one goes under the knife, one doesn't) then they do a poll of their age post makeover, the aim being to lose 10 years off their original poll age.

Ah, well the lady was looking very glam and I actually noticed her stood on her own before I went in a shop - I thought she looked fab. It wasn't till I came out the shop that there were lots of people around her and I thought it was all a little strange they were all looking at her! It struck me as almost rude to that every one was staring at her...

Which shopping centre was it?

my cousin was on that being asked how old she looked etc, he said she was miles away and didn't let him get too close
