What do you think of these dresses then?

I know they are Next and probably a bit boring but what do you think?
Wedding in April in a hotel plus could use on holiday in summer.
Am 5'11 blonde hair and fair skin. Pear shaped 14 on top 16 on bottom

Do you think they are too casual for a wedding? I probably wont have time to go to shops plus Next is easy as I need size 42 shoes. Honest opinions pls

i am the same colouring and I think the blue one is a great choice..of course |I am short so I have no idea if it would suit you

I want honest opinions so it is a help. It is a friend of DH who is getting married and I don't feel at all comfortable with his friends so wanted to look good for a change.
Am obviously unsure of either of them so maybe should keep looking

i'm not blonde so never really look at these kind of colours but it could look nice? more flatteing shape than the purple one

Agree that the material of the purple one would really cling. I'd never wear it, I'd be worried it would show of the whole of my knickers etc.

Blue one is nice and you would be able to get some nice accessories to go with it. Bag, jewellery or flower for hair.

I think blue looks great on blondes, as does green.

The blue one doesn't look stunning in the picture but it might on. Good colour.

I am a similar shape to you, and I know that neither of those would suit me. Not enough 'guts' in them, if you get what I mean.
I think something a bit more tailored would suit you better, and probably make you feel more confident.

Don't like the purple one - think the blue one is better.

I like the Jigsaw one but not sure if it is a bit too plain. I would feel very comfy in it though.

I think the Jigsaw one is lovely [Hallo MrsJS!] and I particularly like the first Top Shop necklace. You would look very chic in that and you want to feel confident and comfy in what you are wearing.

Really don't like the purple one. Blue is ok.

Have you looked further on the Monsoon website? Some gorgeous dresses perfect for a wedding and they even show which shoes / bags etc go with them.

I actually like the purple one (wouldn't wear it myself, too pale) but think you'd have to be a size 8 to wear it well
