Recommendations for a semi-perm hair dye?

Hi all

I used to really really really like Jo Hansford's semi-permanent hair dyes, the auburny ones, it sucks they're no longer available.

Any recommendations for a replacement? I want an auburny shade but more on the strawberry blonde side than purpley, IFYSWIM.

The botanics ones are good apparently - my sister swears by them and they were recommended recently by that woman who does the beauty column in the observer woman magazine.

I tend to use nice 'n' easy or castings (or whatever is on special offer!)
