Anyone got one, had one or can suggest a good one from Boden?
Looking at the boy leg one.

i ordered one, tried it on and wanted to cry. it was awful. cheap and nasty, no support. go to john lewis and try one on. imo

I bought a boy leg one from them last year, and it was great. Have Boden gone downhill in terms of quality?

McDreamy · 07/03/2009 18:27

Bought DD one from there a year or so ago = dreadful quality. Didn't last, lost it's shape.

Sending mine back on monday. They were just a bit old-fashioned.

I am also on the hunt for the perfect swimsuit.

I have one that is very long in the body. Its a size 8 but you would have to be well over 6' for it to fit. dd had one which didn't stay on her shoulders but others from there have been great.

I got a lovely one from center parcs last year. The make is TYR Sport. It's great, really supportive and quite stylish also.

I wanted one last summer but after reading reviews on their website, which said they tend to be long in the body decided against it. I am 5'3'' btw and 34E boobs so would have needed a 14/16 which would have been down to my knees!

I have a red polka dot Boden one from a couple of years back and it is way too short rather than long on the body, so maybe worth trying if you aren't sure. Not keen on this season's ones though.

I have a bikini from Boden from around 2 summers ago. It is provides adequate support and fits beautifully. Still looks good despite lots of wear. It was one with the boy shorts bottoms.

Am interested to hear that the swimsuits are long in the body as I am too and struggle to find a one-piece that doesn't require surgical removal from the bottom whenever you move in it

I can thoroughly recommend Michael Kors and O'Neill swimwear too. I bought a Michael Kors bikini from TK Maxx last year (reduced from a whopping £95 to a respectable £20) and it is a serious piece of swimwear. I've never found swimwear with that quality of fabric before. It holds everything in place and is cut in such a flattering style. I have never felt so comfortable in a bikini - any wobble factor is seriously diminished in this baby

i have one, bought in the sale a couple of years ago. i'm only 5ft 2" and a size 12 but find it way too short in the body (although maybe if i'd got a size 14 instead it may have been better fitting). plus it's useless when going swimming with the kids as it's so loose at the front, they're always pulling it down. i'm a 34d too, but it's still a bit loose. designed for a very odd shaped body imo.
